Said goodbye to the great team at Crosby Granger Architects, only a week to go before I leave for Chennai – and I thought – I’d better get packing!
It’s in those moment of leaving something, or someone special that you see the value it has in your life and importance it holds.
Crosby Granger Architects has been at the absolute centre of my creative energy for the last 10 years, working hard alongside my fellow directors Chris and Chloe to create a successful architectural practice I am proud of.
We have gone from strength to strength from Chris and I hotdesking on laptops in a shared space, to a 12 strong team collaborating in our own building.
There’s still plenty of work to do and new ground to cover as we move forward and it felt to me that this was a moment in time to reflect and take stock.
To travel is an opportunity to look outward, to seek new inspiration and harness a renewed energy to carry me forward over the next 10 years!
But back to the packing!
